Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is the Director of Pastoral Care. As well as pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for equipping the future generation of biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous online publications as well as co-author in Christ Centered Biblical Counseling: Transformation of Lives through God's Unchangeable Word (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne and the wife of his Leslie and their three children.
